General Terms and Conditions Favotrip Partner Program

1. Registration & Approval

Favotrip personally evaluates each application. We reserve the right to refuse partners (hereinafter referred to as "Publisher") or pause accounts if the content does not align with our brand values.

Your promotional channels must be publicly accessible, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Tracking & Commission

We work with Coupon Tracking. Your unique discount code (e.g., YOURTIKTOKNAME) is leading for the tracking.

Once a customer successfully enters your active discount code during checkout, the sale is immediately attributed to you.

You will receive a 10% commission on voucher sales and a standard commission of 5% on the net order value of bookings (excluding VAT), growing to 8% under the applicable tier scheme, unless a different percentage has been agreed upon in writing.

Commission is only awarded on successful, fully paid orders. Canceled orders or orders involving fraud or a chargeback are not eligible.

3. Weekly Payments

We make weekly payments via bank transfer (SEPA). Ensure that your payment details and any VAT numbers are correctly filled in your profile.

4. Promotion Guidelines, Copyright & Compliance

• Honest communication: You are required to communicate our "choose later" guarantee honestly (valid for 12 months, subject to availability).
• Trademark: When promoting specific parks, you must use the official spelling (e.g., Disneyland® Paris).
• Copyright and Portrait Rights (Important): The Publisher is fully responsible for the use of images, videos, or other content in the promotion of Favotrip. If the Publisher uses images for which third-party copyright or portrait rights apply, the Publisher fully indemnifies Favotrip and its partners against all claims, costs, and damages arising therefrom.
• Legal and Regulatory Compliance: The Publisher ensures compliance with all obligations under applicable laws and regulations (such as mentioning #ad or #advertisement) and indemnifies Favotrip (the Advertiser) against all claims in this regard.
• No Coupon Sites & Brand Bidding: It is strictly prohibited to place your discount code on coupon sites (such as Pepper.com) or to advertise on our brand name via search engines. In case of violation, the code will be deactivated, and the right to outstanding commissions will lapse.

5. Confidentiality & Reputation Damage

The Publisher and Advertiser are not permitted to share confidential information with third parties both before, during, and after this collaboration.

The Publisher is not allowed to make negative, harmful, or unfounded statements about the brand, products, or reputation of Favotrip, both during and after the termination of this collaboration. In case of violation of this provision, the Publisher owes Favotrip an immediately payable fine of €2,500 per violation, without prejudice to Favotrip's right to claim additional damages if the actual damage proves to be greater.

6. Termination of the Collaboration

The Publisher and/or Favotrip are entitled to terminate the collaboration at any time for their own reasons, observing a notice period of 2 working days.

Favotrip is entitled to terminate the collaboration with the Publisher immediately if the Publisher could violate public order or morals, or if Favotrip could otherwise suffer damage from this collaboration. In this case, the right to outstanding commission payments will lapse immediately.
