Right of withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal for voucher purchases

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the voucher.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us (Favotrip B.V., Papiermolenweg 34, 1032 KJ Amsterdam, Netherlands, [email protected], +31 (20) 261 49 16) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3. Early expiry of the right

The right of withdrawal expires once the voucher has been redeemed against a booking with a fixed arrival date (hotel stay, travel package, dated event). This exception derives from Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Regulation 28(1)(h) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, both of which exclude the right of withdrawal for accommodation, transport, vehicle rental, catering or services related to leisure activities provided on a specific date or period of performance.

Prior to redemption the voucher is fully withdrawable. After redemption, only the cancellation terms set out in Article 7 of the general terms and conditions apply.
